If not please explain why.
What is the best answer for them? If this client has a private account, with nothing to show that they have nothing on there account. And they do not want to allow anyone access to their account (for domestic violence abuse, or children or whatever), what could this student provide their fictional client with, law wise, to protect them with legal wise to simply say no?
