If a photon has no volume/is dimensionless, how does it refract? I am aware of the car analogy but it doesn't make sense for a photon, or even a rolling tennis ball for that matter. Since the rolling ball has only one point of contact on the ground, doesn't it make sense for the ball to continue in a straight path even if it enters a different floor surface with different friction
