if a project has an annual cash flow of $90,000 for 7 years, a one time payment of $110,000 in year 5 of 7, a $206,000 payment in year 7 of 7, a 10% cost of capital and an initial investment of $1,210,000 what is the NPV? I keep getting -$597,830 but its saying its wrong. I used a discount rate of 0.51316 $206,000 = $105,711. 0.62092* $110,000 = $68,301. $90,000 * 4.86842 = $438,158 and added all of those to -1,210,000 = -$597,830. Is the program wrong or am I? We both have been wrong in the past
