If a school official walks into a clothing store and say that they want to switch with their current clothing provider to our business. Which would really help our business out and gain us a lot of profits. But then at the end says that he would expect a nice "birthday gift" from us. We ask what it would be and he says he always wanted to join a certain country golf club. Is that illegal? Considered a bribe? or is it totally okay to purchase him that? Or could we give him a store credit or is that illegal too? Or should we report him to the police?

Those are my choices I need to decide which one to make.
