If both spouses agree that one can transfer their property interest in a tenancy by entirety, what does that interest become? i.e. Wife and husband own property. They both agree husband can transfer his interest. Does this ever happen, and then wife would hold property with new person as what type of ownership?Please explain and cite with support. I'm studying for a test so accuracy really matters.
