If I am trying to run a Pearsons r test for this data but I don't have the exact numbers how would I enter them into SPSS to run the test?

data I have is:

Hours worked per week

New onset of depression is correlated with longer working hours

60 hours per week: total of 84 people working, 9 people (10.7%) tested for depression on depression scale

60-80 hours per week: total of 429 people working, 80 people (18.6%) tested for depression on depression scale

80-100 hours per week: total of 383 people working , 96 people (25.1%) test for depression on depression scale

100 plus hour worked per week: total of 77 and 35 people (45.5 %) tested for depression on depression scale.
