If I had my own company the one value I would seek to improve would be resourcefulness. I believe resourcefulness from CEO all the way to employees is one of the most important value of any company. By having my employees work on problem solving or troubleshooting there work related issues and then if they do not know a solution to the problem, they can contact a supervisor or CEO. Problem solving. By showing employees how to become resourceful on there own first, many future problems/stresses can be prevented or avoided leaving more time to tackle other important issues in the workplace.
