If i have the table1 below.

What is an sqllive query i can use to get the below

- the person who has the most cash (MAX of SUMs)

- result should show the name, ID and phone, and total cash

In this table it would be tie name1 and name4

- if two ppl tie (have same amount of cash) both names should show.
