If I sell an NFT (I created) and I retain copyright in the contract, can I enforce a term saying I will get 10% commission
If I sell an NFT (I created) and I retain copyright in the contract, can I enforce a term saying I will get 10% commission on all future sales of that NFT? (Victoria Australia jurisdiction) I know it can be written into smart contract but if it doesn't happy automatically, like they try and get around it, what can I do to make sure I get that commission?
