If I tell you that I believe that good and sagacious rulers were the best guarantors of justice and that although our legal system relies primarily on the rule of law passed in congress and States legislatures, I think those rulers should be allowed to unilaterally make laws to govern our citizens in order to ensure justice is done. Do you agree with my proposition or do you believe the present system where laws are enacted by the peoples representatives is the better guarantor of justice?
