If I were the CIO for a large enterprise and the implementation of an ERP was going badly I would start by conducting an extensive analysis of the project timeline, resource allocation, and communication channels. I would also have regular feedback sessions coming from all employees and stakeholder in the company. This will be crucial for addressing concerns in a timely manner. I think that identifying lack of skills can help improve implementing these challenges as well. I would bring an in-house consultant to track down the causes of the issues. I think that this would be a better option because someone who already knows how the operations currently work and is well skilled on this. The employee can then help implement ideas that will create a better work environment
