If I were to Build a house or build something. (NOT A MUSIC FESTIVAL) How would I go about on doing it with tasks and resources, etc.

Resources Set up resources (there should be at least 10 human resources, 1 Material and 1 equipment resource) Enter each resource hourly rate for each resource. Assign resources to all tasks - make sure resources are not overallocated. 3. Link tasks to create dependencies for all tasks in your project. 4. Build Critical path for your project - this should be clearly color coded Red 5. Assign resources to all tasks. 6. Build a Gant Chart supporting the project. 7.
