If I'm being honest it honestly depends on who is running things and how it looks, but I think what would make the biggest impact on organizational culture is both the new hiring processes and leadership change because well first when it comes to hiring policies/processes i think it can shape the workforce and can make sure that the new hired people align with the company's values and culture and when it comes to leadership change, like I've mentioned before it really depends on how things are run and if someone isn't doing what they're supposed to do as a leader then it would be time for leadership change since leadership is kind of like a crucial role for the organizational culture, leadership change can lead to shifts in company values, beliefs, assumptions, and norms
