If Knight has an unattended, decrepit old bridge on his property that children from the neighborhood love to come over (uninvited) to play on and dangerously hang upon, what could this bridge be called under the law, if one of those children are injured? Why would the law ever protect anyone who is on your property without permission? What possible public policy would be behind this?
