If marijuana were to be legalized nationally, what do you think the guidelines & laws should encompass? What would the consequences for abuse be? Where would they get it from? Who could sell it? For how much? Any thoughts on the quality? I'm not talking about the law we have in place for medicinal purposes, I'm talking about it being legal for recreation, like alcohol is. What would be the long term consequences for society?
