If someone went into a verbal contract to provide a service for a determined amount of money but then backs out and refuses to pay, are they in breach of contract because they don't think they will make a profit? Also, what if they had a similar business contract before? Would this affect legal recourse? Is there any case law that would prove or disprove this?
