If the boys basketball team gets new uniforms, the girls basketball team should also get new uniforms in order to be equitable. If these new uniforms $$ both home and away with warm$-$ups and practice gear are of "comparable quality" and as a result$$ cost $$4,000$ for the boys and $$3,250$ for the girls, this no longer falls within the parameters of being equitable and is a violation of Title IX Law?
