If the entrepreneur needs employees for the long term, he or she may find that temporary help does not suit his or her needs. The entrepreneur may have to deal with turnover as these employees may leave their employer. Many employees who work for temp agencies are really seeking permanent employment. If the employee is working well and the entrepreneur determines that he or she needs a permanent employee, the entrepreneur may try to hire the temp worker. The entrepreneur's contract or the temporary employee's contract with the agency may prohibit the temp worker from accepting a permanent position with the entrepreneur.
