If the parties do not include a term in a valid contract, the court can:

a) declare the contract void for lack of a meeting of the minds.

b) infer a reasonable term based on the past dealings of the parties.

c) infer a reasonable term based on what both parties want.

d) infer a term requested by the non-breaching party.

e) declare the contract void for lack of an essential term.
