If the words "pregnant' and 'abortion' are not found in the Constitution, is it appropriate for the Court to declare that women have a constitutional right to seek abortions? 

 

More generally, is it appropriate for the Court to infer the existence of fundamental rights, such as privacy, from expressly protected rights in the Constitution? 

 

Would it be preferable for additional individual rights to be established through a process of constitutional amendment?
