if there is a oral conttract between Abc and Bcd, about provide Abc 10,000 springs to by 1 November 2021, for $5,000. at september 30th, Bcd told Abc he can't delivery any srpings, at the sametime, Abc found another supplyer CDE who can provide same price of 10000springs but 500 dollar delivery fee extra at October 28th, advice whether Abc can change supplyer and why? any risk? any section of contract law need to consider?
