If we believe that the role of a judge is to not make laws but to apply the law as created by those as set out above in question 2, what can we do when the creator abuses or fails to make law that benefit society? Should Judges have the power to fill the void and make laws; refuse to apply laws. Should judges be concerned with what is good or beneficial to society and how do you define what is good, or beneficial.
