If you are a huge fan of the 360-degree feedback process. It is a good measurement that looks at performance through various people's eyes. The only drawback is that it is time consuming and sometimes expensive. For example, someone has to keep track of the responses, and follow up if they don't respond as well as ensuring the confidentiality of the responses. Many organizations outsource the 360-degree feedback process because it is time consuming.
