If you are a Marvel fan, please consider the Avengers characters for this discussion. If you are not, please choose a book or film that has a strong group of complementary main characters that must work together. Evaluate each character as a team member and discuss what they bring to the team in a helpful fashion (e.g. skills, knowledge, leadership, etc.) and how they might contribute to creating difficulty/conflict. Be sure to identify how the characters are clearly different (try to relate it to "real life" skills, abilities, etc.). Despite the difficulty and differences, why do you think the team works so well together? What did they have to overcome together to reach an effective performing level? Have fun with it!
