If you did not have the digital logIc board avallable for the LEDs, what component would you require to connect the LED to the Cypress board? How would vou determine the value of the component based on the colour of the LED? If the digital inputs pins are set for hardware connections (HW selected), are you able to still access them via software (T/F)? (Hint: have a look at page 12 of the pin specs)
