II. Sarah has saved 20% of her paycheck for the last six years and finally has enough money set aside to purchase her first house. She views the number of houses, and although most are out of her price range, she does find a quirky, small house that she likes. The house has two features that really catch her interest, the wood cook stove in the large eat-in kitchen and the hand-carved screen door on the front entrances.
