I'm creating a fashion rental website/ app not sure yet through wordpress and am curious about two things before starting my project.

1. Is there a way to build an app through wordpress?

2. What is a good plugin for building a fashion rental website/app? I was searching for it online and nailed down to two: woo commerce and hive press(listing hive), not sure which one to use.
