I'm doing footnotes for a case note using the Bluebook. Can a footnote include complete sentences like the bolded sentences in this example:[1] See U.S. Const. art. II, 4. Article II states that all officers of the U.S. may be impeached and removed for "Treason" and "Bribery." Id. These terms inherently attach to the goal of preventing corruption. Adam H. Kurland, First Principles of American Federalism and the Nature of Federal Criminal Jurisdiction, 45 Emory Law J. 1, 48-49, 1996

or should it just have citation clauses in parenthesis and not full sentences? Most importantly, what does the Bluebook say about this? Normally I see citations in footnotes without full stand alone sentences so I wasn't sure if it is correct.
