I'm not making this up..: At work, a man described a "Seinfeld" episode he watched the night before, where Jerry Seinfeld couldn't remember the name of his girlfriend, but knew her name rhymed with a certain part of the "female anatomy." Much of the episode consists of thinking of possible rhyming names (for example, George Costanza wondered if her name was "Gipple.") While discussing this episode with coworkers, the man's secretary couldn't understand what the joke was, after the man told her that Jerry's girlfriend's name was Dolores. The man didn't want to say the word, so he got a dictionary and showed her the word (clitoris). She then went to the Human Resources department and filed a sexual harassment complaint against him. 1. Assuming for the sake of this question that this is sexual harassment, what type would it be? (This can be a very short answer.) 2. Does this constitute sexual harassment of that type? Please explain
