I'm not sure what test I should run on SPSS syntax to answer these two questions:

Do not control for any other variables

7. As a more rigorous test of whether the psychological well-being module has any effect, compare the mean depressive symptoms scale score for employees who enrolled in that module to the mean depression depressive symptoms scale score for employees who did not enroll in it while controlling for baseline differences in any or all of the six potential confounding variables: DepressPre, Female, RaceEth, JobStrPre, SocSupPre, and College. Choose which confounders to include and which to omit based on the results of your analyses in Parts 2 through 5.
