I'm trying to figure out Question 4 however both do not understand and cant move a pen. I done the rest myself, however it has been two hours and no matter what I upload, I cant get anyone to help me with the 4th question. As I said, I've finished the rest, so please tell me if anything is missing here if you can not answer. It has been hours of me trying to figure out the 4th question and I really want to move on to the next chapter of my studies. Thank you.
