I'm trying to write a Palindrome of an array. public static int[] createPalindrome(int[] arr)

Given an array of length n, return a new array of length 2n - 1 that is a "palindrome" created from the given array by appending all elements except the last one in reverse. Example: Given the array [1, 4, 3, 2], the method returns the array [1, 4, 3, 2, 3, 4, 1]. If the array is empty, returns an empty array.
