I'm working on a global strategic management project, it is about introducing Garmin GPS products to Canadian market. It's a group project and I'm having issue finding the information and understanding the part I'm working on. Here is the requirement of my part: "Provide an explanation of how to manage the people and structure the organization to exploit the global opportunity (predicting future industry competition, HR issue, organizational structures).

Please provide better explanation so I can fully understand. And if possible, can you give me some ideas of what I should research.
