I'm working on my homework with r studio, my professor gave the dataset about Italian olive oils.

The dataset 'oliveoil.txt' contains the percentages (multiplied by 100) of each of eight fatty acids comprising olive oil across three regions of Italy which are further partitioned into a total of nine subregions.

I have to compute the mean, trimmed mean (10% off each side), and median for each fatty acid in each subregion.

My result should be three 9x8 matrices (rows are subregions, columns are acids) where each matrix tabulates the means, trimmed means, and median, respectively.

I have no idea about how to start.

I DON'T NEED EXACT ANSWER for this one, but could you give me some example that similar with this?and answer for it?
