2. State the capacity you want to achieve again with these numbers.

3. Provide a break-even analysis with hypothetical values that support your conclusions.

4. State specifically how much this will cost XYZ and what the payout for any loans will be. Assume 5% loan rate.

5. Summarize the above with your recommendation on how to proceed and a timeline.
