This serves as a aid to the degree of twist being put on the specimen during loading. 3. If you are unsure about any of the following operational instructions; ask your inst or the technologist for assistance before proceeding. 4. Check that operating switch is in manual mode. 5. Release the clamping levers on the torque measuring device. 6. Place sample into the socket spanner on the drive side. 7. Jog sample with the manual direction control until it fits into the socket spanner torque measuring device. NOTE: protective hood safety limit switch must be dep
