Review criteria You will be graded out of 10 points, with 5 points possible for the Target Audience persona and 5 points possible for the Customer Journey map, based on your completion of the specific requirements for each: Target Audience (2 pt) The target audience has a need(s) that the selected business directly serves. (1 pt) The submission lists key statistical data including age, gender, household income, education/occupation, and location. (1 pt) The submission includes at least 3 interests of the target audience that somehow relate to the selected business. (1 pt) The submission includes at least 3 behaviors related to the selected business which the target audience engages in regularly. Map your Customer's Journey (1 pt) The Awareness phase describes when the target audience is most receptive to the product. (1 pt) The Interest phase describes how products are related to the target audience's needs. (1 pt) The Desire phase demonstrates how the product fits into the target audience's life. (1 pt) The Conversion phase explains how to influence the target audience to take action. (1 pt) The Advocacy phase explains how the target audience will be made into an advocate for the business. There is no one right answer on this project. Add context and think about what information would be most valuable to you as a marketer or business owner. To complete the project worksheets, follow the steps below: Step 1: Target Audience Define and create a customer persona for your target audience. The persona should describe a made up, composite person representing your target audience for the product or service being offered by the business you selected. Make sure you complete every part of the target audience template, including: serves? Step 2: Map your customer's journey . Develop a customer journey map including all 5 phases answering each of the questions provided in the directions: Awareness: When is my target audience most receptive?. Advocacy: How can I make my target into an advocate?
