Imagine that a funder asks your organization to support a deworming campaign to all public primary schools in the sub-district of Mormugao in the state of Goa, India.

The project period is March 1 to March 31. The campaign will be held in February. Your organization will coordinate with key government departments such as the Ministry of health, family welfare and the Department of school education to carry out the project. The sub-district has 20 public primary schools with a total of 6500 students and 160 teachers.

Major activities include;

1. Hold 3 meetings with key stakeholders to coordinate the effective roll-out of the project
2. Create a written, agreed upon plan detailing each stakeholder's roles and responsibilities
3. Conduct 1 master trainer training of trainer workshop for 20 participants using the ggovernment-provided TOT school-based curriculum. Master trainers use the government curriculum to conduct trainings (1/school) for 160 teachers on the administration of albendazole to students and the completion of reporting forms. Master trainers provide supportive supervision to trained teachers at 20 schools to support proper administration of albendazole and completion of reporting forms. Project goal: To support the Government of India to eradicate soil-transmitted heliminths among school-aged children in Mormugao sub-district in Gao, IIndia

Objectives

1. By February 2021, train at least 95% of the teachers in Mormugao sub-district's public primary schools to administer deworming tablets to students and complete campaign day reporting forms.
2. By february 2021, trained teachers will administer albendazole to at least 95% of primary school children in public schools in Mormugao sub-district in Gao, India in accordance with planned protocols.

Assume

1. The project period is 15months
2. The total budget is $125,000
3. The ToT is one day
4. Each training is one day (there are 20 trainings in total)
5. 2 master trainers will be assigned to each training
6. Each master trainer will do 3 days of supportive supervision at their site
