Imagine that you are a customer of FastCuts Salon, where you went for a haircut and hair color. Your stylist, Caitlin, applied the hair color treatment on your hair and told you it would take a while to process the color. Both you and she immediately got on your phones and before you knew it, one hour had passed. When you noticed the time, you asked how long the color treatment process takes. Shocked, Caitlin gasped and quickly took you to the sink to wash the treatment out of your hair. Sadly, most of your hair came out in the sink as the color treatment was left on too long and it burned off your hair and also burned your scalp. You immediately went to the emergency clinic and received a prescription cream to apply to your scalp and were instructed to keep your head uncovered to allow proper healing and to stave off infection.
