Imagine that you are an executive in a large healthcare system. Your CEO has asked you to restructure the Quality Department in a way that improves patient safety, patient satisfaction and lowers cost. You have the ability to new structure both in and with collaborating departments. What would you do, and how you would lead work to create a high performing department to support quality efforts in this healthcare setting.
