You find that the negotiations are not progressing, and although you have negotiated a proposal, the board has indicated to the bargaining team that they are not happy with the proposal and the union has voted to reject the proposal.

As a result, both sides are considering their options of a lockout or strike. Identify a total of five (5) individual and situational factors which can influence lockouts and strikes as described in the textbook, and relate them to the simulation that you participated in. For each, describe if or how the factors influenced the negotiations that you experienced. (2 marks for each individual or situational factor discussed for a total of 10 marks)
