CLIENT INFORMATION

Linda Storm is a Store Manager of Burberry Store. She hosts an annual event for her top 50 clients which includes a reception, buffet dinner and dancing.

REQUIREMENTS:

#1: Create a Mood Board (5 marks)

Maximum 2 page, create a mood board (collage) representing the themed event. A mood board (or inspiration board) is a digital collage of ideas relating to the theme.

#2: Decor, Lighting and Entertainment Requirements (30 marks)

This is your area to get creative. List any dcor, lighting and entertainment items you feel would best represent the theme.

Make sure you mention the dcor for the following items:

• Furniture
• Table linens & napkins
• Centrepieces
• Ceiling dcor
• Moving dcor
• Props

Besides dcor

• List the lighting items.
• List the Entertainment details.

#3: Create a display menu showing the buffet items related to the theme of your event. (20 marks)

FOOD REQUIREMENTS

Buffet -1 Soup, 2 Salads, 3 Mains, 2 Sides, 3 Desserts (make sure 1 of 3 mains is a vegetarian)
