Q3: Choose one inefficiency, limitation or problem to focus on for the remainder of this project from question 1 above and then describe why you chose it.

Q4: List four to six alternative solutions against the problem stated in question 3 above. Description each alternative in detail (for example, using a flow chart, words or a series of pictures). Set up a set of success criteria that can be used to evaluate the alternative solutions. Compare the alternatives with one another using at least two methods.

Q5: Choose the best alternative from question 4. Why did you choose it? How does it meet the legislation and organisational policy requirements? Are there any risks associated with your solution?

Q6: What form of communication suits each of your stakeholders (e.g. telephone call, email, face to face meeting)? State why these are appropriate choices.

Q7: What digital tools and technology can you use to create communication documents? Use the appropriate digital tools and technology to generate at least one communication document identified in the previous step. Does your communication say what the problem is, what alternatives you considered and why you chose your proposed solution?
