Imagine you have developed an excellent educational computer game called SaveTheWorld. Create an HTML document named software-order.html based on the input requirements outlined in the softwareorder exercise at the end of Chapter 3. The form should be designed to execute a program named softwareorder.php (you will have a chance to code this at the end of the next chapter). Use a drop down list to obtain the choice of operating system (Linux, Macintosh, Windows), and a textbox for the number of copies. The names for the drop down selection should be os, and the name for number of copies should be numCopies. Figure 4-11 shows the layout for your form.
