Implementation of an Electronic Health Record Type: COTS An organization has decided to replace the EHR. This EHR is a Commercial Off-the Shelf (COTS) product, provided by a large and well-known vendor, and it will replace a solution that had been used in the hospital for the past decade. The new EHR promises to include a host of new features that were lacking in the original system, such as integration with other hospital systems, new reporting capabilities, and access through mobile devices. Although the hospital has always had its own dedicated IT department, most of the staff has had to acquire new skills, and teams that typically did not have a significant role with the EHR, such as network staff and device management staff, have suddenly become integral to the operations and support of the system. Since the EHR is supplied by an external vendor, there will still be some reliance on the vendor to troubleshoot issues that are beyond the capacity of the internal IT team. Examine at least 3 phases of a project's life cycle and the roles that are most important in each phase. Determine why these roles are important
