Dashboard presentation: The dashboard prepared in part 1 needs to be presented in video format using Panopto. Submissions of both parts are required for Assignment 3. Failure to submit any of the parts can lead to loss of marks in final grading. Instructions for part 1: Dashboard preparation Objective: Create a dashboard in Excel that showcases key aspects of the Assignment 3 Dataset - Airline Satisfaction using up to 6 charts and graphs (5 or 6 in total is recommended). Some useful information about the dataset are given below: The dataset is about customer satisfaction related to an airline service. There is information given for each of the customers in terms of their gender, age, type of travel, class of travel (economy/business), and flight distance. In addition, each customer ranked their level of satisfaction for the airline service for each of the service features such as Inflight Wi-Fi Service, Departure/Arrival Time Convenience, Ease of Online Booking, Gate Location, Food and Drink, Online Boarding, Seat Comfort, Inflight Entertainment, Onboard Service, Leg-Room Service, Baggage Handling, Check-In Service, Inflight Service, and Cleanliness. The data also includes variables such as Departure Delay in Minutes, Arrival Delay in Minutes to reflect how punctual is the airline. And finally, the variable of Overall Satisfaction is also measured by asking people to indicate 1 for "not satisfied" and 2 for "satisfied". Please refer to the 2nd sheet in the data (excel) file to see how the variables have been measured. Step 1: Check out the column headings to understand and become familiar with the dataset. Next, develop a set of business questions (5 to 6 are recommended) that you wish to answer using the dataset. Step 2: Analyse the data provided to answer the questions that you developed in step 1. From the data you will choose several different variables to include in your dashboard to highlight key findings. Please take into consideration the following (Very Important): Ensure charts and graphs are appropriate for the type of data you are highlighting in the dashboard. Present your visuals professionally (titles, labels, legends, colour, contrast, etc.). Step 3: Create your dashboard in one Excel spreadsheet (one page). Use of slicer(s) is (are) encouraged to create an interactive dashboard. Step 4: Save your Excel Dashboard in .xlsx format. Next, Submit this saved file by selecting "Start Assignment" to the top right of this Assignment page. Step 5: Finally, complete the Dashboard Presentation based on your Excel Dashboard.
