In 2000, the Federalist Society asked 78 esteemed historians, economists and political scientist to rank the Presidents on a scale from 1 to 5. The results were published in the Wall Street Journal. Study the list and make sure to look at the listing for overrated and underrated presidents as well. With this list in mind, answer the following questions.

1. Were you surprised by any of the rankings? If so, which ones and why?2. Does a President's popularity when he leaves office always determine how history will view him? 3. Do we put too much emphasis on the leadership of this one person?
