In 2010, Hewlett-Packard's former CEO, Mark Hurd, accepted a position with HP competitor Oracle Corp.  According to HP, in his new position, Hurd would be in a situation in which he could not perform his duties for Oracle without necessarily using and disclosing HP's trade secrets and confidential information.  HP therefore filed suit, seeking to enjoin Hurd from holding the position with Oracle.

Using any methods you wish, try to find any California state cases or federal cases (9th Circuit or district courts within California) that address whether an employer can enjoin its former employee from accepting a position with a competitor on the ground that in the new position, the employee will inevitably disclose the former employer's trade secrets.  List the two most relevant cases that you found.  What search method was effective in finding these cases?Explain
