In 2010, Kenya changed its supreme law, the Constitution. The reason was that the repealed law was not a good law. This is a statement of the controversy between law and morality. In principle, the High Court of Kenya has judicial review jurisdiction, in which the judge can anull a law or declare it illegal, invalid and unconstitutional.
