In 2013 a scandal erupted involving a football club and its players, whereby the

club and the coach were accused of using supplements banned by the sporting

authorities. The regulatory authorities and the press put a lot of pressure on the

coach to explain what had happened. The coach made various public

statements to the effect 'that he had been denied natural justice'. What was the
